Users have provided feedback about issues with logging into their Learning Center account to complete their training. We are working with our education team to improve the user experience in the Learning Center.
You may start by reviewing the Education Help Center. If you continue to have trouble with your account, we recommend sending an email to edu-learning@paloaltonetworks.com to report the issue with your account. In your email, please provide screenshots of the errors and the email address and other information in which you have registered.
For any questions regarding Second Watch and training for Veterans, you may also post a question here in the Second Watch discussion forum.
