False Positive Removal Request

L1 Bithead

Hello,

unfortunately,  you are doing it again. Our customers are reporting again a false-positive with Palo Alto. We have checked our software on VirusTotal and see a false-positive detection (generic.ml).

Please check the password protected zip file with one Win32 executable (our web update):
https://www.setupbuilder.com/falsepositives/wud_sb100_6195_dev.zip

Password for the ZIP file is “false” (without quotes).

This is the VirusTotal report:

Thank you for your help.

Best Regards
Robert Daley

Hey Bob,

Apologies for that. I've submitted the change request. Let's see if we get one more and I'll see if I can investigate further as to why this keeps happening.

Just a heads up just got confirmation the sample is now correctly showing as benign.
