Unable to create new administrator in PANOS 5.0.6

Hi All,.

Even with superuser admin role i am unable to create a new admin ( When i click ADD not opening the window ) in PAN OS 5.0.6. Is it is bug ?

Are you logged in as a SuperUser or as an Admin assigned with a Custom Admin role?

Make sure the Administrator has been created as Role : Dynamic -SuperUser.

Could be a browser issue.

I just tested in a VM series running PANOS 5.0.6, works fine using FF and Chrome.

Have you tried different browsers as VinceM suggested?

If so I would suggest opening a support case and provide them a swal debug

Open second tab and go to https://<pa address>/debug

check debug, clear debug

replicate issue

uncheck debug

(hit refresh) copy paste test

don't forget to turn the debug off again

i just tried it with IE as well and it is opening the window for me.

Also once you are in debug mode as bdeschut suggested try clearing the preferences as well.
