Our resources and tools are constantly improving here in the LIVEcommunity and, most recently, we're thrilled to announce a brand-new Customer Journey Guide on the Prisma Access technology page!

From setup to scaling and optimizing, this Prisma Access Customer Journey Guide walks you through every step of implementing and using Palo Alto Networks' Prisma Access.

The Prisma Access Customer Journey Guide has the following sections:

• Scale & Optimize

Each area is broken down into Cloud-Managed or Panorama-Managed articles to help you along each step in your Prisma Access journey, depending on your configuration. 

We even have a new page dedicated to Prisma Access customers: the Prisma Access Customer Corner. You can access it by clicking on the "View All" option on the left-hand side of the Customer Journey Guide (underneath Scale & Optimize). The page is where you'll find articles and events, and looks like this:
