I am sorry for the inconvenience.. the article in question has been moved to the KB site - https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com

If you know/knew what the title was, you can search in LIVE for it, and get the link yourself.

Search results..  make sure to select "Knowledge Base" on the left, and then you should see it on the right.

 

We are working on a solution to prevent the confusion.. but for now if you cannot get into an article , then you will more than likely be able to search and find it.
