URL prediction is dependable automation to understand if a URL is phishing or not. Based on the results you may want to block the domain, URL, and/or the sender address. You can also hunt for emails containing that URL using Microsoft Defender or similar integrations! As for the email prediction - it depends on how well trained your model is. You can for example auto close spam email incidents when you have a good model and predicted non-malicious with a very high probability.
