See if there are any jobs pending via the show jobs all command

>show jobs all

cool thanks

Not applicable

I've checked the above command.

All my jobs are in FIN state and this error is stopping me from changing firewall configuration.

Reboot.  :-(

This, and commit timeouts, seem to happen frequently with 4.1 from my limited experience.  I've taken to not applying any changes to our one 4.1 production box, outside of times when I can take the network down for a half hour if I need to.

Datacenter firewalls are staying on 3.1 until this is fixed.
