thanks guys,
the threshhold value was blank so, not sure what the default behaviour is but setting the threshhold to 1hr seems to be working so far.

My first thought would be to check the threshold. Have you set an exceptionally high threshold value in the schedule?

Hi,
Also after making sure there is no threshold set.
You can change the download time to a different time for example at 4 or 5 am.
Also i see that you have set it to check daily. Usually a new threat and app is release on weekly basis which is on Wednesday.

If you want you can change that as well.
Let us know if changing the time resolved the issue.

However content updates do occur as emergency updates so checking daily should still be valid (personally I would like to see PA release updates hourly but thats me )

Or possibly write a script so that when you receive the emergency update email it logs into the PAN device and download and installs the update?

ok, still not working with the threshhold time I set
ill try mbutt's suggestion to change the D/L time next.
threshhold is set at 1 hour btw.

If you have a time set for download and install, and your threshold is blank, and you have verified that you can manually connect and download, and you have the license installed, then I would suggest opening an incident with TAC. This should just work!

I got the same issue. Auto download & install (every 30 mins) is downloading but not installing
