CX Day means it's a day to celebrate our customers, connect and appreciate them. In my mind, customers are first, being thoughtful of their experience, being helpful, supportive and helping them feel empowered, all while creating happy moments for them along the way.
What's really awesome about CX is that we have the chance every day to help someone -- sometimes many people at the same time! I love the fact that I am able to focus my work on the customers who are doing great things, because in ways both small and large, our team becomes a small part of their teams' accomplishments. That's pretty cool!
CXDay to me means that Customers are important, and worth celebrating. They use our products every day, and they look to us for help, and we want to do the best we can to help them. I also have a unique point of view because I have been a consumer/customer before, and I try to provide the same level service that I would like to receive.
I’m a simple guy and have a simple view on CX. Companies that provide their customers a pleasant experience, get happy customers; that makes my job even more enjoyable.
I am happy to be a part of a company that focuses on customer experience. We get the opportunity to work in an environment that is focused on meeting our customers needs. Customer experience means getting to know customers and what their needs are. We have endless opportunities to make great experiences for our customers. At the end of the day we wouldn't be where we are without our customers and that says a lot.
When I think of customer experience, I think of helping our customers and making their lives easier. I love that I work for a company that focuses on ensuring our customers are satisfied and are being taken care of. Customer experience is all about listening to our customer needs and making sure we are helping them.
To me, customer experience is all about the human experience… and that means taking the time to learn about customer needs, listen to their feedback, and let them know their input matters.
Empathy is the hallmark of creating a great customer experience in a customer's journey. Our customers experience is a holistic perception in every interaction they have with our company and digital touch points. I am proud to be an active advocate and emissary of superior Customer Experience here at Palo Alto Networks. I feel supported by our leadership and our amazing team in this mission.

For me as a Developer & UI/UX professional, good UX/UI investments into our platform interface enhance customer satisfaction. When I invest best coding and design practices in the user experience on our community site, I always keep in mind how to increase customer satisfaction. I believe it can solve so many user problems via recent UX techniques and self-service. Because of greater ease of use, customers want to come back for more; building emotional attachment to the LIVEcommunity, and as the result - customer loyalty.
