I cannot find the end customer account in the account list that provides the filtering feature while registering the deal. How can I manually add the end customer details to the list?

I don't know why paloalto not provide feature to add customer newly because all the customers cannot be include in this list if customer is new to palo alto. What do you mean by paloalto network account team and how do I contact them? Is there any option to add customer details manually and save as new entry from partner account?

That's at least how it works for me. As far as I know every partner has an assigned account manager from paloaltonetworks (of cours every account manager has way more than one partner assinged). And there you need to send the information about the (potential) new customer. Thats how it works ...
