PA460 app summary no data to display

L3 Networker

Hi all,

PA460

Version 11.1.0-h2

i need some advise regarding the issue i am facing right now in monitor -> app scope --> Summary  [Top 5 Bandwith Consuming Source (last 60 Minutes) ] Showing No Data to Display but the other column is displaying without any issue

72c04153-45dd-4593-b886-697ef0503f53.jpg

As per below reference link, we could see this issue may cause due to miscommunication between the management server and the processes that provide their corresponding data.
In-order to fix this issue, we have to restart the management server with the following command:
> debug software restart management-server
https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000Cm1LCAS

But unfortunately, we could still see as “NO DATA TO DISPLAY”

Kindly let me know how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.

thank you

Hi @Fariq_Zaidi ,

This issue seems to be matching bug PAN-234929.
According to the release notes this was fixed in 11.1.1-h1.

Please reach out to TAC to confirm if you're running into this exact issue and if the upgrade path is a valid fix for you.

Either way I suggest upgrading to a preferred leases:
