I am trying to create the PaloAlto support account to be able to access the support portal, I provided all required informations however I get error and I should contact support, I tried to call the support using the local number in Germany no one is answering. How I am supposed to get your support ?

We apologize for the frustration to create your support account. It would definitely make sense to try to call in, but be aware that it could take an hour to get an person. Be sure you have a serial number available and try to work with the Admin team. Have you also attempted to contact your reseller for assistance?

Thanks for your reply, I finally could reach the support and they have activated my account. There should be some kind of email for new customers to create and activate the access to the CSP (Customer Support Portal).
