Support Case Access Problem

malik.kecioglu@barikat.com.tr can access Support Portal but when he click Support case ,get a error.I checked his user ,everything looks ok. I can see all support case.could you please check malik.kecioglu@barikat.com.tr user. regards

The address you provided doesn't seem to have any entitlements. 

Please check your records as the address you provided in this thread doesn't match the one on file.

That address seems correct and entitlements look good. 

You might have to contact support and have the back-end team check the account.

I had the same problem last year.  I called support to create a case, and they fixed it.
