I am a superuser and I'm unable to open a support ticket as the "File a Support Case" radio button is grayed out. The device I am opening the support case for is covered. Please help.

Hi @MikeBurrill ,
Please confirm that all of the required elements are filled out.

Kind regards,

Hi @VarunB ,
Correct, you can add tech support file or add logs/information on all the troubleshooting steps you have done so far. This will greatly help TAC into troubleshooting further.
Kind regards,
-Kim.
