For CVE-2024-0012 many partner have ask about it When will PAN-OS version 10.2.10-h2 be preferred released?

Or is it possible to estimate date and time?

We had 2 major issues with version 10.2.12-h2.
Our global protect was inaccessible both via client and web for all users.

Apparently something related to issue id PAN-259769.

We also had problems on the WAN on web systems that use SSL.

We quickly had to roll back.

Currently, the recommended release is 10.2.10-h9, which includes the fix for CVE-2024-0012.

I'm also concerned about PAN-259769 in relation to the preferred release of 10.2.10-h9? Can anyone running 10.2.10-h9 confirm that their GlobalProtect Portal and remote GP users who use the app are working properly?
