where can i edit this?

As far as I know you cannot edit the message. 

You can enable or disable it in the GP Portal configuration as shown in the screenshot:

Yes i know... but our customers are not native english speaker.... Feature Request 😉

I'm not sure if it also applies to notifications but GP supports several languages and GP language can be changed to follow the OS's display language.  

Spanish, French, German, Chinese (simplified/traditional) and Japanese are supported.

If that doesn't do the trick then yes, a Feature Request is the way to go.
