Global protect is having an issue just after the latest windows update on the 9th. "connection failed'' PANGP ethernet driver is disabled. Every time we tried to uninstall and reinstall it its still the same. Its an error that is coming from the GP application I think that need to be fixed in the HP computer.

Hi @cayocurson ,
Which GlobalProtect client version are you currently running? Could you share a screenshot of your error?
If you enter your Portal address into a browser, are you still able to hit your GP portal for download?
Can you also check your Windows Event Viewer for any related entries from GlobalProtect? This will help determine whether Windows is blocking or failing to load the PANGP virtual adapter after the recent update. I would also test with a separate machine within the same domain and network, that has not been upgraded to the newest Windows version and verify connectivity works there.

I tried it on another computer with an older version of Windows and it worked. I also tried an older GP version 5.0 on my computer, the one with the new Windows update, and it worked. But with the new GP version 5.8 to latest, it doesn't work with the new Windows update. I also checked the "PANGP virtual Ethernet driver," and it keeps disconnecting. My computer is an HP laptop 17-cp0xxx
