When sending an email to a corporate Exchange account from Outlook APP, file blocking for attachments does not work.

Hi @Leekw24 ,

Have you configured SSL Decryption?  If not, the NGFW cannot inspect inside the packet to view the contents.

from the logs I can see that the traffic is decrypted, Could you try creating a no-decrypt policy for the outlook application and see any changes

Also can you tell us more about the security policy 
like have called any profile group.
what have set the option in application and services.
