Hello,
I have a customer who is having a unique issue with Global Protect using SAML. The problem is not directly related to SAML but he states that prior to changing from RADIUS to SAML the issue did not exist. The issue is with SSO. The customer is looking for seamless login to SSO using just his Global Protect login. Instead the users are prompted for an ID and password when they initially sign in to SSO. After this login the users have SSO for the rest of their activities. It is just the initial prompt that is the issue. This is after they have been sucessful in logging into Global Protect. I have seen no idication of a problem in reviewing his Tech Support File (though I am far from perfect). I have had him check his registry settings one in particular Use Single Sign-On use-sso yes | no is set to yes. The issue still exists. He has a PA-3020 running 8.0.7. While I still have some hair I am continuing to pull it out. All ideas and assistance appreciated
