Microsoft account login interrupting the globalprotect connection

I am having an issue with logging into globalconnect. When I click on the icon to open the link instead of showing the login page this Microsoft account Login appears instead.

if I try and login it tell me the information is incorrect and won’t continue 

This issue has only arisen in the last few weeks and happens on Windows 7 & 10 as I have been using this login for the last few years without any problem.

 

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
