GlobalProtect Android Device issue

Since early this year, I have been using Globalprotect normally when accessing it with an Android device.

Then suddenly, starting today, when accessing a specific Android device, this error message appears and connection is not possible. "The network connection is unreachable or the portal is unresponsive, Check the network connection and reconnect."

Does anyone know the reason for this?
