Hi @scmnitipong ,

  1. PA-HDF login:
  2. PA-VM login:

When the prompt displayed is #2, then the device is ready to accept the default username/password to allow login.

Hi @vignesh-Ram6 ,

This is not an error,  please allow some time for the prompt to change... this should just take a few minutes:

I have the same problem, my VM remains in PA-HDF login prompt and it has been like this for several hours and does not change. Does anyone know what I should do?

Hi @falvarez / @scmnitipong ,

You will have to wait for the prompt to say "PA-VM Login:" When you see PA-HDF that means the system is still booting up. If you are stuck at HDF for hours, I would recommend entering maintenance mode and follow the steps by @Spiterman in this post
