I received a get Started mail for a Tenant ID. But when I tried to access the URL, it always takes me to the HUB page. I want to access the Prisma cloud APIs. Can you let me know what need to be done ?

I'm trying to create a case but couldn't find where to create a new case for technical support

You'll find all the support info here: https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/Support

 

To open a technical support case you'll need to log into the Customer Support Portal (CSP).

Once you're logged in you can click "Get Help" and start to fill out the form.
