@Basie_Botha - It isn't a private access code.  From memory, you enter the code at checkout (there's a spot to enter a voucher code - might say something like voucher or coupon/discount code - something like that).

@MuratArsin - What doesn't work specifically?  I went up through the checkout page (to find it is only valid for tests scheduled up to 4/30/2021).  It took the code with the correct schedule date (I didn't finish checkout as I won't be ready to take the test by 4/30).

For the other error, are you folks sure you're scheduling an Online Proctored exam and not an in-person exam?
