I would like to know on how to add our email distribution list automatically to all our TAC cases subscriber list on CSP.
Also, we would like to have customer advisories, content updates, etc; from Palo Alto to be received on the same email. Please let us know how to add this.
Note: This is not a single user email account

As far as I'm aware, you don't have the ability to automatically add an address to cases. You would need to have an internal process that has anyone creating a case add the DL as a subscriber as part of opening the case.
Depending on your requirements, you could setup a transport rule on Exchange if you're using that so any message from paloaltonetworks.com is automatically forwarded to the DL. There's obviously some risk in that since not everyone from that domain may need to be shared with everyone. Alternatively, you could always create an account under that DL as well and use it to open any cases and manage the subscriptions. There would be overhead in resetting that password whenever someone left, but it may work for smaller organizations.
