Greeting all,
I recently experience GP VPN disconnecting after installing Windows Update kb5037771 for win11 laptop where it totally cannot sign-in at all.
Kindly advise is this something can be done on firewall level or on client machine to fix this issue

Hard to say without any information.
Were you able to see anything on the disconnect reason in the PanGPA/GPS logs ?

Hi Kim,
in PANGPS logs as below
Error( 370): 05/14/24 14:29:36:644 read() failed: 10054
Info ( 219): 05/14/24 14:29:36:644 Error processing receive data from client
Info ( 228): 05/14/24 14:29:36:644 close client socket
