Grace Period for Threat Protection and URL Filtering

L1 Bithead

Hello,

I'm curious if anyone knows if Palo Alto has a grace period for expired URL filtering and Threat protection licenses.

Thank You,

MJF

Hi @MFacella1 ,

There is no grace period for expired subscriptions, but some features do not expire.  Here are the details -> https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/pan-os/10-2/pan-os-admin/subscriptions/what-happens-when-licenses-....

Essentially, your Threat will continue to work with no updates while the URL will stop working.

Thanks,

Tom
