Hello,  i am facing the problem with Global protect, i have 6.2.4 version on Mac OS sequoia.  Nothing is working in my organisation. GP shows, connecting and disconnecting in a few min (within 2 to 5 min).  all the users are facing the issue.

Tech team is still not given any solution for this.. is there any help from any one.  also tested with 6.3.1 version, no help, same issue. .

@Laowomaru,

That's a custom hip notification. More than likely you upgraded your device prior to your organization "approving" it for use on their side of things.

@Sai_Shankar,

Unless you're the administrator managing GlobalProtect this is like finding a needle in a haystack with the information provided. Since you mention "tech team" I'm going to assume that you aren't managing things and therefore your organization could be forcibly disconnecting you on Sequoia if they don't support it yet.
