L0 Member

Recently updated Mac OS from 15.3.2 to 15.4 (24E248) and my Global Protect client stopped working.

Hi @kghulyan93 ,

I'm afraid we'll need more information than that to provide assistance.

Which GP version are you using ?

Did you check the compatibility matrix:

https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/compatibility-matrix/reference/globalprotect/where-can-i-install-t...

How is GP configured exactly (on-demand, always-on, sso ?).

Have you checked the GP logs for errors ? What are they telling you ?

Please provide more information on what's failing exactly and more information.

Here's a good place to start:

Troubleshooting GP

I am facing the same issue after macOS 15.4

L1 Bithead

We had the same issue after that 15.3 -> 15.4 upgrade.

The fix for us was to stop using Palo-generated certs on the Global Protect gateway even though they'd worked prior (if your environment supports it, switch to a cert signed by a regular third party CA).
