Expedition worked Yesterday, Today I can't Import

Yesterday I was able to import Palo Expedition and Juniper Junos config files.

Today, when I went to show my engineer one of the methods I planned to use, I can no longer import files.  It just goes to “Initializing” and stops.

We tried rebooting

cannot install hotfix 1.1.103.1

Im at  version 1.1.103 . It notified me there is version 1.1.103.1 available .

I followed all method that mentioned in hofix but it never installed the hotfix update.
