I have an ION 2000 software 5.6.5-b15 that I can not use the remote session in the web portal to access it.
I get this message :

An unexpected error occurred to element connection!
Reconnect? [y]es, [c]lose:
"
The ION is online and functioning.
I have reset the ION within the portal ... didnt fix it
I had someone onsite power reset it ... didnt fix it.
I am able to use putty to ssh to the LAN IP from my workstation.
if the LAN gets unplugged I will lose CLI access
Anyone else seen this and have any suggestions?
