Hi All,
I have multiple firewalls managed by Panorama and connected to an active CDL subscription. AIOps for Free was activated but I cannot associate any production firewalls to my TSIG account. The devices have an error noting the device is associated with another platform. The issue is the "other" platform is the activate CDL tenant and already associated with my tenant and TSIG account. Why are the devices greyed out and noting an error if the devices are already associated? Can I not have a production active CDL and AIOps for free?
Any help or explanation would be much appreciated

Hello All,
As an update to the issue, DevOPS backend has found an issue. I'm not sure if it is directly related to being migrated from 1.0 HUB to the new TSG 2.0 portal but DevOPS is working the issue. Unfortunately, I don't have a solution but I would say the current solution is open a TAC case and have the issue escalated to DevOPS.
Thank you all for your help and input,
David

Hi @TomYoung,
Thank you and I've reviewed this post and information. I also have a support case open but thought I would reach out to the community as well. The issue I have is all of my devices were automatically migrated to TSIG months ago during the transition. The issue is the devices are greyed out and I can't associate devices with applications. The only hardware from my CSP account that I can do anything with are decommissioned devices that were never in CDL or managed by Panorama. I'm hoping it is a backend issue that can be resolved as there seems to be a lot of backend/devops issues lately. If I get any updates from TAC, I'll update anything I can here.
Thank you,
David
