[Error]: Failed to create exclude route in Global protect

Hello All,

 

what could be the issue when user is not able to connect Global protect and we can see [Error]: "Failed to create exclude route" in  pan_gp_event_log.

@Mohd_Bilal,

What version of the GlobalProtect agent are you running? What error is the user getting when attempting to connect to GlobalProtect? If you're having issues connecting to VPN I wouldn't look at pan_gp_event, nor should failing to install an exclude route cause any issues. Look at your PanGPS logs.

Our some Clients are suing 5.x version some are using 6.x versions who are facing the issue. Some time they are not able to connect the GPCS and some times they are not able user internet. Can you please help me what kind of details/logs we need to check in PanGPS logs.

Adding one more thing, We do have Version 5.x on our prisma firewall and now it is showing that this would be end of life soon.
