Group mapping sees two users as one | wrong user

L3 Networker

Hi,

i have issue with group mapping. My firewall in logs sees two different users as one (or shows wrong user). Explanation - Users: 1. Mike Anderson (users logon name mikean@domain.com) and Mike Antolian (users logon name mikeant@domain.com). In command line:

PA> show user user-attributes user mikea@domain.com

Primary: mikean@domain.com
Alt User Names:
1) mikea@domain.com
2) domain\mikea
3) domain\mikean

PA> show user user-attributes user mikean@domain.com

Primary: mikeant@domain.com
Alt User Names:
1) mikean@domain.com
2) domain\mikean
3) domain\mikeant

PA> show user user-attributes user mikeant@domain.com

Primary: mikeant@domain.com
Alt User Names:
1) mikean@domain.com
2) domain\mikean
3) domain\mikeant

In the logs I mostly can see: mikeant@domain.com. I know users IP, so I know that PA shows wrong user. Can anyone tell me solution? Or this is just misconfiguration in AD and I must speak with my admins? Maybe I can somehow remove alternate usernames? Thanks.
