I'm getting this error when trying to file a case in the support portal.

"Unable to provide subject and attribute info. Attribute mapping(s) failed: Mapping lookup 'getCustPortalUserfromCsp' returned empty result.

Hi @whatok ,

Can you elaborate when exactly you get the error message ? Are you still able to login the CSP ?

During which step of the case creation step are you experiencing this error ?

Cheers,

-Kiwi.

Hello all,

I got exactly the same error, when trying to click on "Support Cases". Login to the CSP is working fine. Unfortunately, I´m also not able to submit the contact form on the contact-support website for login Issues because of another error.

Hope anyone can help with that.

Thanks and kind regards,

Carina

For me it was a DNS error, that was solved a few hours later and was not related to the support portal itself.
