Reinstall Global Protect on a Mac

We are trying to uninstall and reinstall Global Protect on a MacBook. The uninstall went fine, we rebooted, and then started the install. It is stuck on Running Package Scripts. It stays this way for over 30 minutes and you cant force quit. You have
