hello all
I am trying to understand the behaviour of the GP software after a firewall upgrade
for example what if the firewall is upgraded to software that is no longer compatible with the GP software
Q will the GP software auto upgrade ?

the software will keep working but if you start using new features that are not supported, you might run into issues
you can upgrade the GP agent before or after upgrading by downloading and activating the desired version in Device > GlobalProtect Client
next make sure your GlobalProtect portal > app is set to upgrade transparently (or with prompt)
next time your users log on they'll automatically be upgraded
