For 11p, I can also find them in future calendar days. What do they indicate?   I thought "p" indicates "preferred", though "a" does not match to "innovation". The end user can open a case for the devices with 'Premium Support' under his CSP. If the devices have 'Premium Partner Support', the end user can't open a case in his CSP, though ASC can open a case under ASC's CSP.   Even above description is general rule, you might possible to select 'Proceed w/o SN'. What is your firewall - I mean PA-series or Prisma Access? 1. generate self signed CA cert or import your enterprise CA into PA device. 2. create decryption rule focused on TCP995 (=POP3S) #change port if you are using different number or IMAP SSL 3. on your client side, import above CA cert and trust it. If you are using Mozilla Thunderbird, don't mistake import place. Hi, Even it is not same as your issue, I have some cases related to Adv. URL Filtering. Did you try to delete expired PAN-DB (=URL4) license from you device and see how it goes? Currently, PAN have an issue when you have both expired PAN-DB subscription and valid Adv. URL Filtering at same time.
