Hi All,
We have a block for Proxy Avoidance and Anonymizers on our DMZs. But we are able to see that the users can access Surfshark VPN on our SDWAN.
Also, I am unable to see any logs on the firewall.
Could anyone please help me on how we can block the Surfshark VPN traffic?
Thanks in advance.

Did anybody ever figure this out?

Hello,
In the original question, I am guessing the users are by passing the filters since there are no logs. However surfshark should be blocked by that URL filter. But its URL only. I would suggest blocking at the DNS and traffic level.

At this moment there is no app-id for Surfshark to block this traffic based on application. To request this app-id to be added you can follow this KB: How to Request a new App-ID.
Kind Regards
Pavel
