I'm looking for how long does it take to take affect to the PAB users if I change configuration for PAB on SCM.
In another words, how often does PAB refresh policy to the latest.
Even I could not find any document/KB, I found that timestamp increase every minute in troubleshooting window.
To make sure my understanding is correct, is this designed to update policy every minute?
In addition to above, I can't change interval, correct?

PAB policies on PAWs refresh approximately every minute, as indicated by the timestamp in the troubleshooting window, which is the designed default behavior. You generally cannot change this one-minute interval. Remember that domain controller replication latency can also affect how quickly policy changes are applied.
