Error trying to import device (Panorama) into Expedition

I add the first part of the information, but when I try to perform the authenication API it produces this error:
I have tried another expedition VM to pull my panorama in and the same error. I used the API to get the key, and entered that into Expedition, but it won't pull device groups, licensing, or anything. https://X.X.X.X/api/?type=keygen&user=USER&password=PW
Has anyone had this issue before?
