Creation of a pre rules containing a tag with api

L1 Bithead

I want to create au pre rules with api:

action=set&xpath=/config/devices/entry[\@name='localhost.localdomain']/device-group/entry[\@name='".$deviceGroup."']/pre-rulebase/security/rules/entry[\@name='".$preRulesName."']

And i want to put a tag:

<tag><member>texte</member></tag>

But i have an error:

                             ' preRulesName-> tag \'texte\' is not a valid reference',
                             ' preRulesName -> tag is invalid'

I don't understand why

Sanity check:  do you have a "texte" tag in your panorama's Objects > Device Group > Tags?
