Hello there,
I established a VPN within my organization with the intention of limiting access exclusively to those who authenticate successfully through Google Authenticator. This strategy has proven effective; however, I have noted that certain certificates, namely the Intermediate Certificate and Root Certificate, are essential for establishing a successful connection.
Nevertheless, I have noticed that some users were able to connect without these certificates. Furthermore, in the "Description" section of Palo Alto, I encountered the message: "Received fatal alert CertificateUnknown from client."
What measures / manipulations can I take to prevent users without the Intermediate Certificate and Root Certificate to refuse connection ?

Hi @Small_Pinki ,
Have you configured a certificate profile object (Device -> Certificate Management -> Certificate Profile) and applied the cert profile to your portal and gateway? Here is a helpful KB on setting up and enforcing client cert auth.
