Authorization Codes: Issued

L1 Bithead

I registered a device a few weeks ago, and I still haven't received the authorization codes. I don't remember it taking this long before. Does anyone have any ideas or know what the normal wait time is?

It shouldn't take this long.

 

You can check the auth-codes linked to your device in the support portal under Products > Assets:

If you can't find them there then I suggest creating an administrative case with support to get your auth-codes:
