is there any feasibility in PaloAlto to block/hide header information like OS, Browser details when end user try to access internet.

This information is getting captured by Third party Infosec and addressed by them.

So far paloalto only supports inserting additional headers (for specific domains), but it is not possible to block or hide existing headers. With another explicit webproxy such a requirement might be possible.
