Hi everyone,
at the moment our GlobalProtect Infrastructure is only using LDAP for authentication, which is a problem since users should only be allowed to connect to GlobalProtect via a corporate Windows notebook.
As a second factor we would now like to use machine certificates. We have already rolled out machine certs to every machine by an internal Windows PKI infrastructure.
I'm just failing to wrap my head around what needs to be done on the Palo to use these as a means of authentication. Do i need to import the Root Certificate into our Palo Alto? Any help by pointing me in the right direction is much appreciated.

Hello @lostdragon
You need to create a "certificate profile" where you pick the CA which generated to machine certificates.
Add this profile to the portal/gateway config.
That should be it (don't forget to set "Client Certificate Store Lookup" to "Machine" ("User and Machine" is also fine) in the app profile of the portal).

Hi,
Thanks for your answer, but I need to known how use the Machine certificate authentication only for somethings endpoints (PAWS), with the same CA Certificate (PKI) than rest of endpoints, namely, I want to grant access only these PAWS and not to the rest endpoints.
Regards.
