Get email authentication when logging in to the support site But I don't get an authentication mail.
Is the account locked because of too many attempts?
Does anyone know how to change or cancel 2FA settings?

Hello @qmso475
for the change of the 2FA, you will have to open a ticket through this form: https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/services/support/login-assistance
Kind Regards

Hi @qmso475 ,
In addition to @PavelK anwser you can also check the following link, which give some information how to change your MFA yourself.
Two Factor Authentication for Customer Support Portal - Knowledge Base - Palo Alto Networks
Unfortunately to access the setup portal you need to have access to your account, so you need to ask support team to remove the email 2FA so you can access your account, BUT second factor is now mandatory so you will be prompted to setup one. I would recommend you to use "Google Authenticator", it doesn't have to be exactly Google, Microsoft Authenticator works fine as well.
