Hello Team,
We are not able to access the below URL :
tn3270e.amadeusprintservices.com
As per the website support team they have advised to enabled the below port to access the URL :
TCP | 9876,443,80 |
We have already allowed the web browsing traffic for the network . what to do for 9876 port.
Please advise.

Hi Tiware,
Create a custom service which has port 80, 443 and 9876.
So final rule should have application as "Web Browsing" and service has "Custom_Service".
This is the only way to add new service.

The Web-browsing application will allow only HTTP traffic on port 80. Please make sure, you have set "service" as "any" (in your security policy), since "application default" will only allow web traffic on port 80.
If you set "service" as "any", then you need not to create a "Custom service" for port 9876. But, if you want more granular control over the traffic, then you have to create that "Custom service", which will only allow web-traffic on port 80, 443 and 9876.
Hope this helps.
Thanks

Hi tiwara
It seems like port 9876 is for tn3270 access, could you confirm this with the support team ?
If it is you should create a policy as follows:
custom_serv as the name suggests is a custom service with the ports 80,443 and 9876.
Thanks
