Hi there,
We have several older model devices that we no longer use in production so I wanted to remove them from the customer portal. I don't see an obvious way to do this so I wanted to put the question out there. How do I/ can I even, remove devices from the customer portal?

As @OtakarKlier mentioned you have to enter an admin case to get these removed. Short of that, you could create a few Device Tags that you could use to filter things. That would allow you to filter your list by the assigned tag without having to hunt and peck through things.

I think you have to open an admin case. I could be wrong as I dont recall ever doing this.
