Prisma Access packet drop after reach 200 Mbps in the tunnel Bandwidth

Hi all, anybody have any problems with the PRISMA Access tunnel after reach 200 Mbps in the service connection BW?. We already configured one service connection from prisma to PA5250 on premise. We reach 3600 users in prisma. We also tested SC from PA5250 in Colombia to US EAST SC and Costa Rica SC, and it is the same problem. Anybody can help me?

What is 11p and 12a on prisma access status page?

New Status page was released: New: https://sase.status.paloaltonetworks.com/ Legacy: https://status.paloaltonetworks.com/ In calendar area on new status page, I can see "11p" and "12a". For 11p, I can also find them in future calendar days. What do they indicate? I thought "p" indicates "preferred", though "a" does not match to "innovation"....
